Trevor Bauer is Corporate Vice President of Silicon Architecture at AMD and serves as Site Leader for AMD’s Longmont, Colorado facility, leading local employee engagement and connecting site priorities to the corporate strategy. He leads engineering teams responsible for defining FPGAs, Adaptive SoCs, x86, and custom silicon products for AMD’s Adaptive and Embedded Computing Group. Trevor has more than 30 years of design and leadership experience and holds engineering degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has lived in Colorado for 25 years and is passionate about the state’s high-tech ecosystem and opportunities.

Enabling Technologies Subject Matter Expert

Dan Salvetti is the Enabling Technologies Subject Matter Expert at the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade. He supports the growth of Colorado enabling technologies – like semiconductors, quantum, and photonics – through the implementation of benefit programs and support services for companies. Since joining OEDIT in 2018, he has contributed to data-driven economic development strategies, supporting business attraction, expansion, and recovery efforts, including during the pandemic, helping drive job growth and investment across the state.

Kelly Sage is President and CEO of the Longmont Economic Development Partnership, bringing over 25 years of leadership in economic development. She drives regional growth through innovation, collaboration, and industry engagement. Her background spans municipal government, nonprofits, and startup acceleration, with roles in Loveland, Innosphere, and NOCO EDC. She has managed $3.3 billion in investment prospects and built strong cross-sector partnerships. A CSU graduate, she holds economic development certifications and was named a BizWest 50 Most Influential leader.
