Liza Adams to Give Keynote on the Transformative Impact of AI

LONGMONT, CO (February 13, 2024) – Longmont Economic Development Partnership has announced its annual Advance Longmont Economic Summit, an event that promises to be an opportunity for inspiration and knowledge.

A Longmont-specific State of Industry overview will be given by Erin Fosdick, president and CEO of Longmont EDP.

Keynote speaker, Liza Adams, fractional CMO and advisor with GrowthPath Partners, LLC, will highlight the transformative impacts of Artificial Intelligence on customer behaviors and business practices, including benefits across key industries and the importance of responsible integration.

Meredith Moon, chief economist and director of economic competitiveness for the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation, will provide a regional economic forecast, and Phyllis Resnick, PhD., executive director and lead economist of the Colorado Futures Center, will provide detailed insights on current and future demographic trends in and around Longmont.

In addition, Moon and Resnick will join a panel of Longmont business leaders to discuss timely topics such as:

  • Longmont’s regional strengths and opportunities.
  • Talent recruitment and retention challenges.
  • The increasing costs and regulatory requirements for businesses in Colorado.
  • The impact of shifting demographics on Longmont’s workforce and population.
