Cameron Grant is a real estate attorney and Shareholder of the Lyons Gaddis law firm, a primary employer in Longmont with offices in Louisville and Littleton.
Cameron represents real estate developers, property owners, and investors in all aspects of real estate and land use, as well as businesses and individuals with entity formation and other transactional matters. Cameron also manages the family land and real estate business. Cameron is a 4th generation Longmont native.
Cameron graduated from Colorado College in 1991 and, in 1995, from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he met his wife, Erika. They now have three sons, Caden, who practices law in Washington, D.C.; Nicholas, who is an engineer in Palo Alto, CA; and Connor, completing his degree in Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech.
Cameron is the former Chair of the Longmont Housing Authority and has served on the boards of various non-profit entities, including the Longmont United Hospital Foundation, Longmont Council for the Arts, and the Imagine Foundation. In his free time, Cameron is an avid skier and an occasional classical singer. Dr. Resnick is one of the co-founders of the Colorado Futures Center and serves as both executive director and lead economist. Her research spans macro-fiscal forecasting, analyzing fiscal and budget decisions and an expended portfolio focused on economic security for Colorado households.She is the lead modeler for the center’s quarterly ColoradoCast, the state’s only short-term forecast of economic activity. Most recently, her work at the center has focused on housing, social determinants of health, neighborhood displacement, disproportionately impacted communities and other studies associating social factors with economic security.As a volunteer and independent consultant in Africa, the MENA countries and east Asia, Dr. Resnick has worked with central and local governments as well as civil society on issues of macro-fiscal forecasting, tax policy analysis, open budgets and transparency, and fiscal decentralization.For her volunteer work she was recognized as the 2015 Volunteer of the Year from the Volunteers for Economic Growth Alliance.Dr. Resnick holds an MA and PhD from the University of Colorado.
Erin has worked in local and regional planning for nearly 20 years. She is a recognized expert in public engagement and tactical and strategic leadership. Fosdick specializes in continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity, long-range planning, and community involvement.
She earned her master’s in urban and regional planning from the University of Colorado Denver in 2007. She serves on the Commuting Solutions Board of Directors and the Board for the Colorado Chapter of the American Planning Association. She is passionate about placemaking and loves Longmont!
Daniel was born and raised in Colorado, holds a Bachelor Degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University, earned the Certified Economic Developer designation through International Economic Development Council in 2018, and an Executive Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Colorado in 2023.He has a combined twenty-one years of economic and workforce development experience. As Vice President of Corporate Attraction for Metro Denver EDC, Daniel oversees business development strategies, including promoting and positioning the region for corporate investment, expansion and relocation. His economic development team facilitates assistance and services for the site selection process, including support of new and expanding businesses, property owners, and developers that engage with communities in the region at all levels, as well as advocacy for business incentives at the State and local levels.
Daniel’s team also facilitates the Front Range Economic Collaborative, made up of economic development professionals from nearly 80 communities across the Front Range, supporting regional collaboration in economic development, best practices and professional
development.
In previous roles, Daniel served as Executive Director of Arvada Economic Development Association (AEDA) and Manager of Economic Development with the City of Arvada, where he was responsible for leading the AEDA Board of Directors, guiding staff on strategy, prioritizing projects and overall leadership of the organization, including the organization’s loan and grant funding, business retention, attraction, development and marketing activities.Prior, he served as the Director of Business Retention for Adams County Economic Development, and served in a Business

He recently championed the passage of House Bill 23-1189, a tax credit for businesses to contribute to home down payment savings for employees.
Danica Powell brings new vision and ideas to projects in order to build capacity, develop strategic alliances, empower community support, and implement innovative solutions. Working as a consultant to developers, nonprofits, governmental agencies, schools and universities, Danica has a proven track record for directing and managing a diverse portfolio of projects.Her background in urban planning, real estate, environmental science, marketing, and sustainability, combined with a community focused mindset, provides a unique perspective for pursuing non formulaic approaches to design and urban planning challenges.As an advocate for affordable housing solutions and community focused outcomes, Danica has partnered with local municipalities to implement several post flood recovery and
resilience based projects in Colorado, including affordable replacement housing in Lyons and a multi-year stabilization project for an existing mobile home park in Boulder.
Danica currently serves as the Co Chair of the Community Affairs Council, and on the Board of Directors for Boulder Chamber. Rich has 19 years of experience in all facets of economic development. He joined Upstate Colorado Economic Development in his current role as President & CEO in 2015. Upstate Colorado operates in Weld County in Northern Colorado where they have partnered with local communities to support the unprecedented growth making Northern Colorado one of the fasted growing areas in the United States.Prior to joining Upstate Rich worked in Southern Colorado for six years. Rich has previously served as the Associate Director for the State of Colorado Small Business Development Centers for Former Governor Bill Owens and Bill Ritter. Prior to his appointment by the State he acted as the Director of Marketing and Community Affairs for the Boulder Technology Incubator (CTEK).Rich spent his early career in the private sector in Washington DC after receiving degrees in Political Science and Communications from The American University.
